Quick Tip: Business Card Chaos

Something my clients rarely have under control are business cards.  They get tossed in a drawer to deal with "later" (which never comes) or placed in a Rolodex only to forget the name of the person and basically making that card useless. Would you like to know a better way?

Create your own business card system with a 3-ring binder, business card sleeves and dividers.  Divide your business cards into categories - medical, restaurants, florists, etc.  Write each category on the divider tab and then put the cards in the sleeves behind each divider in its appropriate category. 

The next time you need a floral arrangement, you'll very quickly find the number behind your florist divider instead of having to thumb through loose cards or flip through a Rolodex.
