Food & Drink


My goodness Virginia was onto something wasn't she? 

Our food is what fuels us and gives us the energy to take action on all of the fabulous strategy and organization!

However, to consistently eat well takes some planning as well. 

I love food. I love cooking it, and I really love eating it. However, it wasn't always this way. 

(The cooking part...I've ALWAYS loved eating!) 

I didn't start cooking until I was well into my 30s and even then it was a struggle for quite some time. 

Over time, along with my cooking skills I developed a tried-and-true way to cook for only myself without wasting food or sacrificing variety. And I want to help you too!
