Clean it up. Clear it out. Love your whole damn life.

“I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.” ~EB White

Do you often ask yourself, "Man, I wish I could get it together?" Are you ready to find out where REAL change could happen in your life? Do you want to love your whole damn life from every single angle?

Through journaling, simple body awareness exercises, self-discovery processes, and frank discussion in a casual and safe atmosphere, Beth and Melinda will help you find YOUR best ways to move toward the lasting and significant change you want.

And you'll have a good time doing it.

Beth and Melinda specialize in helping you clear away what's not working in your life. As an Organizing Coach, Melinda's approach is through your home, stuff, and schedule. As a Yoga Therapist, Beth helps you identify what's holding you back by listening to the language of your own body.  They both want you to love your entire life.

Note: no yoga experience necessary. All are welcome.
